Livelihood and Skill Development

Sustainable livelihoods are essential for building resilient communities and improving quality of life. Yet many young people in tribal regions continue to face challenges related to limited employment opportunities, inadequate access to skills training and a disconnect between education and workforce requirements.

SHIVAA’s livelihood and skill development initiatives focus on bridging this gap by equipping individuals with practical skills, industry exposure and employment-oriented training. By aligning learning opportunities with local economic needs and emerging market demands, the organization helps participants improve employability while creating pathways towards long-term economic independence and stability.
