Yet many young people in tribal regions continue to face challenges related to limited employment opportunities, inadequate access to skills training and a disconnect between education and workforce requirements.
SHIVAA’s livelihood and skill development initiatives focus on bridging this gap by equipping individuals with practical skills, industry exposure and employment-oriented training. By aligning learning opportunities with local economic needs and emerging market demands, the organization helps participants improve employability while creating pathways towards long-term economic independence and stability.
Key Activities
Through programs such as Netshala Rozgar Rajmarg, SHIVAA delivers digital literacy training, employability support, vocational development, career guidance and workforce readiness programs. The organization also facilitates industry linkages that connect trained individuals with potential employment opportunities.
Target Beneficiaries
The program serves tribal youth, job seekers, young adults and individuals seeking to enhance their skills and economic opportunities. It particularly focuses on empowering those who face barriers to employment and career advancement.
