Role Overview

Support the planning, implementation, monitoring, documentation, and coordination of community development projects across SHIVAA’s focus areas.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Coordinate day-to-day project implementation.
  • Conduct community visits, assessments, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and case studies.
  • Support training programmes, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
  • Coordinate with field staff, volunteers, and partner organisations.
  • Maintain beneficiary records and project MIS.

  • Master’s in Social Work (MSW)

Role Overview

Develop and manage CSR partnerships, fundraising opportunities, donor relationships, and corporate engagement to strengthen SHIVAA’s development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Identify CSR and grant opportunities.
  • Prepare concept notes, proposals, and donor presentations.
  • Build relationships with corporate partners and foundations.
  • Coordinate employee volunteering initiatives.
  • Track fundraising opportunities and partnership pipelines.

Role Overview

Lead field implementation of community development projects while coordinating with beneficiaries, community volunteers, and local stakeholders.

  • Plan and supervise field activities.

  • Monitor project progress and maintain documentation.

Oversee farm operations and support the implementation of agriculture-based livelihood and sustainability initiatives.

Role Overview

Support the day-to-day hospitality, housekeeping, and kitchen operations to ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-managed campus environment for visitors, volunteers, and community members.

  • Maintain cleanliness of campus facilities.
  • Assist with meal preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Support hospitality arrangements during trainings and events.
